SHIPPING: We ship every business day at 2:15pm ET via FedEx or USPS. Payments received before this cut-off time, will almost always ship the same day.

PAYMENT: We accept Paypal, Cashier Checks, and Visa/Mastercard/Discover. For direct Credit or Debit Card payments, you can contact us at 570.643.8721 from 8am to 4pm ET any business day. Please be aware that ALL Paypal payments involving a bank account, require about 4 days to clear.

OUR POLICIES:

Starters & Alternators: All of our starters and alternators come with a 6 month/6000 mile warranty. We can replace, repair, or refund any unit that is found to be defective. Please be sure that all connections are clean, and all cables are connected properly. We will immediately ship a replacement and issue a return label.

Defective Items: When we buy in bulk, there will always be the one in a thousand that may not work properly. We have a very simple policy for items that arrive in non-working condition: Contact us immediately and we will make it right! We can replace, repair, or refund, but PLEASE, contact us and allow us the opportunity to make your buying experience with us a positive one.

Damaged Items: Every item leaves our warehouse AFTER quality control has inspected, and where possible tested, it for damages or possible defects. We will ALWAYS replace any item damaged in shipping, but we will require the return of the damaged item AND the original packaging for claim purposes.

Returns: We always accept returns! Please let us know when you need to return something, so we know to expect it. As soon as we receive it, you will be immediately refunded the item price less a small restocking fee.

FEEDBACK: We ALWAYS leave feedback after we receive it. Some Customers do not appreciate the great savings we provide, or who just leave the same feedback for everyone, and we feel it unfair to do the same. We believe that feedback should reflect the actual enthusiasm of the transaction. We leave INDIVIDUAL Feedback only! (once a week)
