Payment/Shipping

• We accept Paypal, and Visa/Mastercard/Discover.
• For direct Credit or Debit Card payments, you can contact us at nccinc@epix.net between 8a.m. to 4p.m. ET Monday to Friday.
• Please be aware that ALL paypal payments involving an e-Check, require about 4-5 days to clear.
• We ship every business day at 2:15p.m. ET via FedEx or USPS.
• Payments recieved before this cut-off time, will almost always ship the same day.

Our Policies

• Starters & Alternators
• All come with a 6 month/6000 mile Warranty.
• We can replace, repair, or refund any unit that is found to be defective.
• Please be sure all connections are clean; and all cables are connected properly.
• We will immediately ship a replacement and issue a return label.
• Defective Items
• We buy in bulk, there will always be the one in a thousand that may not work properly
• We have a very simple policy for items that arrive in non-working condidtion: Contact us immediately; and we will make it right!
• We can replace, repair, and refund! Just contact us and allow us to give you the positive buying experience.
• Returns
• We always accept returns!
• Returns must be in original packing/original item in the condidition recieved, you will be refunded the item price less a 20% restocking fee.
